I would definitely recommend this motel. Spotlessly clean and quiet, large room and magnificent views out the back of Barrington Mountains. Beautiful big fully fenced pool and large BBQ area. Lady at Reception was most welcoming. Will definitely stay here again.

Stuarts Travel Club had a very large group 4 night stay. Sandie and her team could not do enough for us, nothing was too much trouble. Even baked us 2 birthday cakes.Comfortable clean rooms and top food. A pleasure to stay there.

I wanted to visit Barrington Tops and there wasn't much decent accommodation any closer than Gloucester. The Gloucester Country Lodge was the most economical and that matters to me more now that I'm retired. The units are quite large with plenty of parking space out the front and a lovely view of the farm and the mountains from the comfortable chairs out on the back verandah. The lodge is only 2 km from the centre of Gloucester in case you need to go to Woolies for some shopping, or the local pub for dinner. The lodge has a swimming pool out in the open air, but if you want a spa or a sauna you will have to pay a whole lot more and go somewhere else. The Gloucester golf club is right next door to the lodge and the bistro of the golf club is open from Wednesday through till Sunday, so you can pop in there for a beer or a wine and dinner without having to go into Gloucester itself. Okay, the lodge does not have a large smart TV, so if you need your YouTube or Netflix then take your own device. Apart from that I thought it was a great place to stay and very economical. If I need somewhere to stay in the area in the future I will definitely choose the Gloucester County Lodge again.

A while since we last stayed and has gone downhill. Room is comfortable but needs upgrade with old linen and thin old towels. Drains in bathroom blocked with water coming back up from the floor drain and bathroom basin and consequent bad smell. Outside verandah dirty and in need of work. Disappointed this time. Great food next door at Country Club was the highlight.

Best motel iv stayed in on my road trip from Victoria to QLD and back. The staff are friendly and very helpful, there was no hassle with booking the room and to top it all, they have breakfast, all of this for really good price. They have WiFi and a pool. If you are travelling through NSW I highly recommend the Gloucester Country Lodge.

The rooms are large but the bed was a bit soft for me and the shower was dated. However, there is a golf club next door and we had a good meal there. The view across to the hills was very pretty. The people next door left their tv on all night which was very annoying

Good value motel with spacious clean rooms and solid walls helping to keep things quiet. Great view of the golf course and Barrington Tops from the rear sliding door.
